For two decades, Inspiros Worldwide has worked with CEOs and top teams of iconic global organizations, inspiring them towards peak performance and a platform of sustained competitive advantage.
The company's work derives from research that resulted in the international best-selling business book Peak Performance, published by HarperCollins Business, London as their lead business book globally for the year 2000 and subsequently by Texere, New York, in December 2000. Several paperback editions have also been published following Profile Books acquisition of the HarperCollinsBusiness Catalogue in 2004
The initial peak performance research was conducted with 12 of the world's best sports organizations including; the New York Yankees, Atlanta Braves, San Francisco 49ers, US Women's Soccer, Team New Zealand, FC Bayern Munich, Cricket Australia, Netball Australia, All Blacks, Williams F1, Hockey Australia and the Chicago Bulls. Our clients have the opportunity to access insights from their achievements.
Over the last decade we have implemented Peak Performance in more than 100 companies worldwide, including Procter & Gamble, General Electric, Whitbread Premier Inn, Saatchi & Saatchi, Toyota, EMI, Visa, General Electric, Novartis and the Publicis Groupe.
Our signature work is based on a proprietary framework that involves creating an inspirational Purpose for the organization. All roads lead to Purpose. Through this work Inspiros Worldwide enables organizations to establish clarity around their business model. This in turn sheds light on developing an appropriate operating model for the company. Using this methodology, Purpose creates the organization’s strategic direction of travel. We also build customized Scoreboards that capture an organization’s journey towards living and achieving its Purpose. Our innovative work on inspirational leadership has led to the development of a high level mentoring program for CEOs and senior executives. Bob McDonald, CEO Procter & Gamble explains his reaction to the program; "The Inspirational Leadership sessions were an immediate hit. Some of our most-senior and experienced leaders described the experience as life-changing because it focused on them as "whole people", not just as professionals. The invitation-only sessions were viewed as a unique investment in our people. They strengthened our leaders' commitment to P&G and their bonds with one another".
From inception, Inspiros Worldwide has been associated with New Zealand's iconic son, Sir Edmund Hillary. Since writing the Foreword to Peak Performance, Sir Ed's spirit and presence has had a towering influence on the company and indeed in the content and delivery of client work. In particular, Sir Ed was instrumental in the development of our signature Personal Purpose work that is offered to CEOs and senior executives, worldwide.
